Terms of use

Last updated July 21, 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of the Triage IT service itself, which are in the service agreement you sign if you become a client.

The site is run by Good IT Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site.

What this site is

An description of a product we build and run. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Prices, capabilities, and timelines become binding only in a signed agreement.

What we claim, and what we do not

We describe what Triage IT does today at our own service desk. Anything we say about time saved or effort avoided is our own experience, not a measured study, and not a promise. Your results depend on your ticket mix, your team, and how you configure the product.

Screens shown on the site are illustrations built with sample data. They are not screenshots of any client's real service desk, and no real client information appears anywhere on this site.

Using the site

Please do not:

Found a security problem? Please tell us at support@goodit.ca before telling anyone else. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and gives us reasonable time to fix it.

Who owns what

The Triage IT name, this site's design, text, and code belong to us, except where stated. The Inter typeface is used under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1. Any product name we mention belongs to its owner, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Links to other sites

Where we link somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is there.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, such as fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

How we handle information is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction.
